Port Townsend Film Festival

I got the chance to volunteer at the Port Townsend Film Festival yesterday and be in the audience of West Coast Live during its broadcast form the Upstage. Poet Laureate Billy Collins (one of my favorite poets) was interviewed, as was Elliot Gould. My only real job was to control the exterior door on top floor and grab a Best Burger and sweet potato fries from Jodi’s on Madison for Sherry at lunch time. For those who share the passion for a great burger and fries combination, this one is excellent.

The weather blew and rained all day, though the night and is still at it. Its quite fun to sit here in the office watching the alder trees whip back and forth.

Only update on Dad is that the next surgeon wants more CAT scans, so he’ll be doing that on Tuesday afternoon.
